Margaret Boswell is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) and also certified by the Society for Design Administration (SDA/C), an affiliate of the American Institute of Architects. She has been active at various levels in the Northeast Ohio SMPS chapter since it’s reorganization in 2002, including serving on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Program Committee.  She has been an active member of the Cleveland Chapter of SDA for more than 20 years and is currently treasurer of the chapter.

Boswell’s 30 years of experience in the A/E field includes 19 years as office manager in two architectural firms and four years as a principal. Since 2001, her position as marketing coordinator for the consulting engineering firm of THORSON BAKER & Associates, Inc. has provided a unique perspective of marketing from both the architectural and engineering viewpoints.

From the “Go – No Go” decision to the post-submittal debrief, Boswell will share her experience with SOQs, proposals, SF330s and F110-330s.
