
Rotunno will discuss the type of projects that will be released, as well as the timing with which they are expected to become available. In addition, she will discuss the development of the District’s Small Business Program and the role that it will play within the CIP.
Kellie Rotunno joined the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District as the director of engineering and construction in March 2008. As director of engineering and construction, Rotunno is responsible for the oversight of the District's Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Since joining the District, she has overseen the planning of the $1.5 billion 5-year CIP and the award of more than $300 million in new construction projects at the District 's wastewater plants and collections systems throughout the Northeast Ohio service area.
Prior to joining the District, Rotunno worked for 21 years as a consulting engineer for several national firms. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in geological engineering from Michigan Technological University and is a registered professional engineer in Michigan and Ohio.
