Architect Kevin M. Zak graduated from Kent State University with a Masters in Architecture. He’s been involved in the design and development of retail projects since 1986. Mr. Zak’s noted projects include First & Main, Hudson, OH, Legacy Village, Lyndhurst, OH and Steelyard Commons, Cleveland, OH.
As Director of Development, Mr. Zak is responsible for providing the development team with scheduling parameters, budgeting information, communicating with public agencies and consultants and directing the design of real estate improvement from project analysis through grand opening as part of the overall development process.
