Emerick J. Corsi, Jr.

As Executive VP of Forest City Commercial Development, Emerick Corsi is responsible for all department store negotiations, market research, site acquisitions, development, and construction throughout the United States.

Established in 1921, Forest City Enterprises, Inc. is a $9.5 billion publicly traded real estate company. Principally engaged in the ownership, development, acquisition and management of commercial and residential real estate throughout the United States, Forest City’s portfolio includes interests in retail centers, apartment communities, office buildings and hotels nationwide.

Peter Rubin

Peter Rubin founded The Coral Company in 1987 as a full service real estate development firm focused on urban and suburban mixed-use redevelopment. The company is active in commercial, residential, and mixed-use development and is recognized as a leading urban developer. Landmark complex redevelopment projects include Shaker Square, Cedar Center, and Westhampton at Crocker Park.

Mr. Rubin is a community and philanthropic activist and an expert on matters of urban planning, redevelopment, and economic forecasting.

Ari Maron

Dedicated to the development of urban areas, Ari Maron has worked diligently with partner organizations and officials from the City of Cleveland to secure the development of several downtown projects including the East Fourth Neighborhood. MRN Ltd. along with Zaremba is currently developing UPTOWN – The University Arts and Retail District, a mixed-use urban development project in University Circle that will include residential, retail and office space, and cultural components.

MRN is nationally known as specialists in the field of urban development and has demonstrated a high level of expertise in financing, new construction and historic renovation, property management, and marketing.

Kevin Zak

Architect Kevin M. Zak graduated from Kent State University with a Masters in Architecture. He’s been involved in the design and development of retail projects since 1986. Before joining First Interstate Properties, Mr. Zak was a partner at Dorsky Hodgson & Partners, a full service architectural design firm, overseeing the design of a spectrum of retail environments for many of the nation’s top retail developers. Mr. Zak’s noted projects include First & Main, Hudson, OH, Legacy Village, Lyndhurst, OH and Steelyard Commons, Cleveland, OH.

As Director of Development, Mr. Zak is responsible for providing the development team with scheduling parameters, budgeting information, communicating with public agencies and consultants and directing the design of real estate improvement from project analysis through grand opening as part of the overall development process.
