Program Synopsis:

 

It all starts with sales. . .

 

Nothing happens in business until you make a sale.  Put simply, without sales you have no clients, and without clients you have no business.

 

Implementing and executing an effective sales process requires the involvement of everyone in your department, office and company.  Each and every employee is important to a winning sales process and each and every employee can make or break a sale or client relationship by how they do or don’t do their job.

 

This interactive session will challenge you to look at sales as a Team Sport and discuss best practices to maximize your sales and business development efforts.

 

Our Speaker:

 

As one of the managing principals for PSI, Tom Boogher oversees corporate marketing, national client group and business development functions. He directs PSI’s public relations, image and corporate communications programs. His responsibilities include the development of training and performance improvement programs for technical, management and business development employees.

 

As a speaker and trainer, Mr. Boogher has presented at more than 400 seminars during the past 20 years. This includes both the leadership and development of internal PSI training seminars and the presentation of topic-specific information to industry and client associations.  In addition, Mr. Boogher has provided support and counsel to several professional and trade associations related to educational programming, public relations and association management.  Mr. Boogher previously served on the National Board of Directors for the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).  He continues to be active in SMPS nationally as a speaker and in a leadership role for the Business Development Institute (BDI).
