LeAnn Nowak is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) and a Sales Manager with Jewell & Associates (a Deltek Solution Provider). LeAnn is President-Elect of the Colorado chapter of SMPS. She has over 17 years of experience with sales and marketing in the A/E industry. Prior to her experience with Deltek, she was employed at a Colorado-based engineering firm. LeAnn's speaking experience includes SMPS National Convention, Society for Design Administration (SDA) National Convention, AIA and ACEC chapter meetings as well as various user groups and sales seminars.

Program Synopsis: Earn More Business through Effective Lead Management

Effective lead management requires top-notch follow-up. LeAnn will lead us through the various steps involved in "chasing" each lead. The entire process is necessary for a successful project award. Topics of discussion include: How other A/E firms are conducting "go - no-go" analysis, the process of tracking milestone dates in the selection process, protocol for the interview, selling skills for the professional services firm, and conducting won/loss analysis and measuring the results of your marketing efforts so you are ready for the next pursuit.
