Dana Galvin Lancour (Michigan Chapter) and Adam Kilbourne (Northeast Ohio Chapter) are hosting the 2017 SMPS Marketing Communications Awards (MCA) Judging on May 6th!
The MCA program recognizes the valuable work SMPS members do and the critical role marketing plays in the success of a company. MCA is the longest running awards program of its kind, now in its 40th year. The MCA program is committed to educating the design and building community about the value of marketing.
There are 24 categories again this year. The early bird deadline is March 27th and final deadline for firms to turn in their submissions is April 3rd. For more details about MCAs, please visit http://www.smps.org/mca/. Why enter? • Recognition and visibility in the A/E/C community
• Expert feedback on your marketing projects
• Inspiration for future campaigns
• Competitive intelligence on A/E/C marketing best practices
• National media attention
We will be hosting the annual MCA Judging Day in Southfield (Detroit) Michigan at Barton Malow Company this year and will host professionals from across the country to serve as jurors for the competition. The jury pool is made up of local clients, service providers and senior level SMPS members.
We are also looking for MCA Sponsors. If your company is interested in national exposure from now through Build Business 2017 check out the sponsorship options. Forms and additional information, including sponsorship can be found at smps.org/MCA. We had more than 200 submissions last year and are looking to receive even more this year.
If you have any questions regarding MCA, please contact Dana (248.436.5570), Adam (440.953.8760) or Molly Dall'Erta at SMPS National (800.292.7677, ext. 231, and/or email@example.com) and one of us will follow up with you shortly.
