Marketing Coordinator responsible for all marketing efforts, primarily focusing on proposal evaluation, writing and compilation. Additional duties include research for new project opportunities, assistance in creation of presentations and firm qualification brochures, assistance in development of advertising materials, and management of website and social media. The candidate must be able to function in a fast paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess strong writing skills. A Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of three years of professional experience, MS Office, Cosential CRM and Proposal Automation proficiency is required. Knowledge and experience of Adobe InDesign is required. A/E/C industry knowledge is a plus.
