Select Project: Cleveland Athletic Club Historical Restoration
Our family is ¼ of the Development Team for this project, along with the Bobeck Family-led Great Lakes Financial, Ned Weingart, Don Taylor of Welty Building Co, & New York based Whitestone Realty. The Cleveland Athletic Club (CAC) Historical Restoration is converting the former CAC into a residential, office, & retail community. Opening later this year, the CAC will feature boutique commercial office space located in the restored historic 7th floor ballroom, 1st floor retail, & 165 apartments with amenities including a rooftop deck, demonstration kitchen, and fitness center complete with a 20 meter indoor pool on the 12th floor, all located in the heart of downtown. The CAC redevelopment will continue the momentum, adding vitality along a key stretch of Euclid Avenue between Playhouse Square & E 9th, which has been dormant in recent years.
